Jerry Trent, Broker/Owner 

As President of the Trent Real Estate Group Jerry brings an in-depth knowldge of the Pikes Peak area to his real estate business.  A Colorado native, he has lived in the region for 40 years and understands the unique qualities of different areas and provides the best possible market knowledge to his clients.

Whether representing Commercial or Resdential clients, Jerry maintains a high level of professionalism, yet offers personal service to his clients in a casual atmosphere.  His integrity and honesty are well known in the real estate community, as well as to his large base of repeat clients.

Jerry has a 20 year background in banking and rose to the level of Vice President, specializing in lending and problem asset acquisition.  This experience combined with almost 20 years in real estate has given him unparalleled knowledge of the real estate industry. 

Greg Alderman, Broker Associate

Greg has been in involved in the real estate industry for over 12 years, and has been working as an actual Broker Associate for 5 years.  Even though it has been a relatively short career so far, don't let that fool you.  Greg hit the ground running and was a top producer in the office ever since he came aboard.  Joining Trent & Company in August 2006, he has shown what one can do with a little drive and ambition.  His high octane personality and clever ways of obtaining buyers and sellers is quite impressive.  To say the least, real estate is Greg's passion!

Over the past 12 years, Greg has owned Colorado real estate and/or investment properties in Woodland Park, Manitou Springs, Colorado Springs and Westcliffe.  He spent several years in lending.  In short, Greg has a well-rounded real estate background...lending, landlord, investor, homeowner and licensed real estate agent.

Mr. Alderman is a dedicated family man with a wife and 3 children.  He has lived in the Colorado Springs area since 1972 and graduated from C. U. Boulder in 1991.  'Go Buffs!'
